LGI™ provides you with a 5 day training program. You’ll spend 1 week in a training store and your
training will include a blend of procedural training, hands on product learning sessions as well as sales and marketing mentoring.
You’ll learn the business of operating an LGI™ store: financial management, supervision of
personnel, inventory management, merchandising, community relations, and marketing and sales programs. LGI™ will also
provide you with comprehensive operations manuals and videos for reference, and to assist you in the ongoing training
of your personnel. And throughout the year, LGI™ offers on-going training programs and support for you and your key
managers.
These programs focus on product knowledge, sales management, personnel development, community relations,
marketing and cost control. What‘s more, we will keep you current on the latest product developments, distribution
specials and promotional campaigns
